Chelsea’s brand stands at the intersection of movement, mindfulness, and meaning. She empowers people to connect deeply to their bodies, minds, and stories — elevating their mental game and finding clarity to perform at their highest potential, whether they’re on the mat, on the field, in the boardroom, in the home, or out in the everyday world. 


Her Phd research focus is in finding alignment with oneself through emotional self awareness, a term she coined, called Inner Literacy. 


Achieving inner literacy is essentially unlocking the core of oneself, reaching total self awareness and finding alignment. To know oneself and reach total self awareness is to not be influenced by anything other than your own personal wants and desires. It’s reaching your true potential in this world. It’s Liberation.


This framework is rooted in her doctoral research, and easily translatable into everyday practices for a global audience. Her methods are about understanding what the body already knows in order to feel more present, more connected, and more fully yourself.

Chelsea’s Techniques & Approach:
