I’m Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts — a globally recognized Peloton Yoga and Meditation Instructor and proud Lululemon Ambassador. As a wellbeing expert and coach, I support athletes and everyday movers — on and off the field — to find clarity, resilience, and strength through breath and movement.

With a PhD in Philosophy, my mission is to give you tangible tools to help you read your body, your story, and the world around you with heightened awareness and compassion. All in the name of finding alignment and reaching your true potential. I’m also a mother, a wife, a lover of music, fashion, art, and a community driven activist. Through my work with Red Clay Yoga, I’ve learned that real change begins with presence, and grows through community.
