Part I : Grounding in Our Purpose
What brings you to this practice of yoga? What is it about the practice that draws you to it?
This 3-hour workshop is for beginners who are interested in starting and sustaining a yoga practice.
This session will engage an accessible yoga practice for ALL bodies, journal writing, opportunities for discussion, and Q&A with Chelsea.
*This class is also for previous attendees of How to Ignite as Chelsea has been working for months on new and exciting material that will be sure to reduce the anxiety that may come with stepping into a yoga class.
Part II: Cultivating a Practice of Self Care
So you have become or are beginning to get familiar with the basics of yoga and now you’re ready to practice on your own at home and possibly check out new studios. In this session, Chelsea will share tools for creating your own home practice, self care routines, and even a brief, but meaningful introduction into meditation. Chelsea will also make space to talk about different types of yoga that can be practiced for specific needs.
This session’s yoga practice is devoted to deep relaxation and Chelsea will also send attendees off with their own self care goodies that will get you started on your yoga journey.
