A Place to BE: Yoga, Self Care, and Vegan Cuisine || May 7th || Atlanta

Join Chelsea for A Special Self Care Sunday experience {{For Women Only}}

A Place to BE: Yoga, Self Care, and Vegan Cuisine.

Making space to breathe, let go, and just BE is a deliberate effort that can happen more and more when we practice in community with others.

Sundays are typically held sacred and often reserved as a day for resting, recharging, and refocusing for the week ahead.

Why not treat yourself to the gift of self care by joining Chelsea for a gentle yoga session followed by a light assortment of vegan cuisine by Atlanta’s own, EARTHCANDY*, plus a special toast to self care.

This class is designed with ALL bodies and levels of experience in mind. In other words, no prior yoga experience is necessary.

About Jamila, founder of EARTHCANDY.

Jamila Crawford Pécou is a celebrated vegan chef with over 15 years of experience. Her list of clients reads like an A-List celebrity roll call, including: Erykah Badu, Dave Chappelle, Alicia Silverstone, Gabrielle Union, and Jermaine Dupri (just to name a few). Vegans and non-vegans alike enjoy her unique and delicious twist on healthy eating.

Stil I Rise…

This class is unique in that it will integrate samples of the work Chelsea does with her popular Yoga, Literature, and Art Campfor Teen Girls in a space catered to the needs of the women who are present.

Please bring:

a journal or notebook

pen/pencil

a comfortable cushion for sitting

a yoga mat

Please reserve your space here if you are sure this is the event for you.

This event is designed to place an emphasis on individual needs so space is limited.

This is the ultimate brunch experience complete with mimosas + non-alcoholic bubbly.
